Hire people, not just employees

First, let's clarify what "outstaffing" is. This concept has similar features with outsourcing, but there is one non-obvious difference. Outstaffing involves hiring employees in the same way as members of an internal team. That is, you expand your internal staff with a remote team that respects all legal regulations, corporate culture, beliefs and goals of your company.


This is  here we understand how these two are so different. When you hire outsourcers, you only do so to get a specific product, in our case, a website or a mobile app. Outstaffing means outsourcing part of your production process, whether it's code development, design, or growth strategies.

In this case, you hire employees based not only on their skills, but also on many other factors such as:

  • Religious affiliation
  • social standards
  • stereotypes
